WISH DEVELOPMENT GROUP: David Wish, August Pusateri

David E. Wish, Owner/Director of luxury real estate development firm, “The Wish Group”; Augie Pusateri, Owner/Director Real Estate Development/Demolition Enterprise, “United Demolition” have come together as “Wish Development Group” for their West Coast investments.

Starting in 1985, Mr. Wish began his empire building a 4 unit building in Wicker Park, Chicago. He quickly moved into luxury homes, was fortunate to build over 50 multi units, and had blueprints, permits and shovel ready approval for the Portofino Lifestyle Center in Huntley, the second largest shopping center in Illinois.

David is a family man first, a generous spirit with a propensity for human connection, and a visionary - the perfect combination for mega project management.

“I am totally energized by the creative aspect of building luxury homes. I can’t help but slow down and stare whenever I pass a crane, on a construction site!" Meticulous about the details that make a contemporary structure stand out, with top of the line modern qualities while keeping a warm and welcoming feel, is Wish Development's specialty.

Augie Pusateri has 40+ years of experience in Demolition, Excavating, and Recycle Contracting. His main business was Demolition; additionally, he worked with countless Developers, many of whom were repeat customers and shared a wealth of information about the construction industry. He subsequently entered into joint ventures, and solo acquisitions, on several single family & multi-unit, residential projects.

As a result of demolishing thousands of structures, partially or completely, Mr. Pusateri has a unique perspective from seeing, first hand, the ramifications of quality workmanship, or the lack thereof, not only structurally, but in all trades. That experience has instilled a passion to provide only excellence in all phases of the development process and to demand excellent workmanship from all trades working on our project.
